The second season of The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You is scheduled to premiere on January 12, 2025 on Japanese television. It will also be available on Crunchyroll. 

In season two, Rentaro will add new girlfriends to his romantic roster, including those voiced by Amane Shindo, Rie Takahashi, Lynn, and Kanon Takao. 

This news was confirmed by the anime's official staff on Saturday, September 14, 2024, with a new key visual. Along with this announcement, the staff announced four new cast members.
